Summary
A FREE event for children to explore some of the nature of the Park, with different activities to try, but concentrating on Pond Dipping and Bug Hunting. We are hoping that by changing the date from July to mid-August,
the bug-hunters will be more likely to find crickets and / or grasshoppers in their sweep-nets. A family day, come for just an hour or so, or why not come for longer and bring your family picnic? Children must
be accompanied by an adult. Volunteers from the Friends of The Wick Country Park will be offering hot and cold drinks and biscuits in the Pavilion. We had to cancel last year's event due to a shortage of volunteers,
but we hope to be able to restore it in 2020.
